Who I am in one scroll
I’m Andrew Wright, a sales architect, consultant, and multi-business founder based in Jamaica. I design and fix sales systems for companies that already have leads coming in — but aren’t converting at the level they should.
I’ve built and operated several businesses end-to-end — from education services and after-school programs to a logistics & mailbox company and a revenue consulting brand. I’ve been on both sides of the conversation: founder trying to make payroll and sales leader trying to hit numbers with imperfect systems.
That experience shaped my approach: I don’t just “add scripts” or “train reps”. I fix the architecture behind revenue:
